What I like best about Soundview is a repair they didn't make. My car is off warranty. Soundview figured out that my car needed a new turbocharger. What they also figured out was that the warranty on the turbocharger had been extended and if I took the car to the dealer, the replacement (a vw turbo is $2400 plus labor) would be free. I couldn't verify this online. I'm a librarian so my search skills are pretty high, but I took it to the dealer anyway. Soundview was right. It saved me thousands of dollars! They could have said nothing and I would never have known. I trust Soundview.

Everyone at Soundview Service Center was professional, knowledgeable and willing to explain exactly what was needed for my car and why. I will recommend them to all of my friends. I’ll be back next time! Great job guys!
